Why is your inventory completely sold out?
Our inventory is currently marked as sold out because we are moving warehouses during the month of December and will be unable to ship orders.

How do Joybees fit?
Our shoes are made to accommodate a wide range of feet.
Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using our Sizing Chart to better determine your ideal size. Additional product information and fit can be found on each product page.

Do you carry half size?
We do not carry half sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend ordering a size up.
Do Joybees fit wide or narrow?
Joybees fit a little wider than a normal tennis shoe, however the accommodating fit of each of our styles fit both narrow and wide feet.
How do I care for my shoes?
All you need is some cool, soapy water, and light scrubbing to make your Joybees good as new. To make sure your shoes last throughout the season we advise keeping your shoes out of direct sunlight and excessive heat to prevent shrinkage. For example, don’t leave them on the front seat of a hot car while at soccer practice.
Where are they made?
All of our shoes are currently made in China.
What is EVA and why is it so great?
EVA stands for Ethylene-vinyl acetate. A commonly used material in footwear, this material provides a range of benefits from comfort and support, to odor resistance and water-friendly attributes. This material is easy to clean and very durable.
Are Joybees Vegan?
Yes! We love our animal friends.
Are they Latex Free?
What is the kids Buy 2, Return 1 Kid's Shoe Program?
Buy 2 Pairs of Kids Shoes (they must be the same color and style) in the sizes you think will fit your little one. Once you receive them, you are welcome to return the one that doesn't fit for free. After your order ships you will receive an email from our Customer Service Team, with instructions on how to return the one that doesn't fit.
This program is not applicable with other offers.
COVID-19 PANDEMIC UPDATE
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, some deliveries are experiencing delays. Our warehouse is processing orders normally and shipping within 1 business of order placement. The email you receive with tracking information is the best source for updates and timing of your orders. We will do our best to support you once the shipment leaves our warehouse and hope you’ll think your Joybees will worth the extra wait!
Where do Joybees ship to?
At this time, we are only shipping to the United States.
What shipping methods are available, and how long will it take to get my order?
We use DHL in conjunction with your local USPS to ship and deliver all our orders. Your purchase will ship in 1-2 business days and will be delivered in 4-5 business days.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call (866)-998-4439. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order before shipping but will do our best to accommodate any requests you have. You will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping, if we are unable to cancel or modify the order before it has been processed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on all unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt. We know you need to try on for fit and comfort, but make sure to only wear them on clean floors, carpet even, inside (never outside) if you plan on returning them. We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn or altered in any way. At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
*Please note: During this time of uncertainty, we are extending our window for returns and exchanges to 60 days. This applies to all purchases made as of March 16th to the present.
How do I make a return?
Please use our self-service returns portal located HERE and enter your order number and email to complete the returns process. Note: Customer is responsible for the $4.99 return label fee.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once your return has been received in our warehouse, your refund will be initiated, or your exchange will be shipped. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also check out using PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Where do I enter promo code?
During the checkout process, you will see a box labeled “Discount Code” below the product list. Simply enter the promo code in this box, and all eligible items will automatically be discounts. A new subtotal will be displayed reflecting the discount.
Please note that only one coupon or promo code may be used per order.
Joybees reserves the right to discontinue or change promo codes at our discretion.

- At the bottom of each Joybees marketing email is a link to Unsubscribe. You can click the link and be automatically unsubscribed. Please allow 48 hours for the request to be processed.
