Joybees gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise in the original packaging purchased online at joybeesfootwear.com or by phone within 30 days of receipt. We know you need to try on for fit and comfort, but make sure to only wear them on clean floors, carpet, inside (never outside) if you plan on returning them. We cannot refund any shoes that have been visibly worn or altered. Upon receipt of returned Product(s), Joybees will inspect the Product(s) to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Customer is entitled to a refund. If all the return conditions are met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted and Joybees will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s), less any shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the return conditions, and we will send you an email to inform you that the return was not accepted. Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such email, you may ask that the Product(s) be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which they were received by Joybees. If you do not request the return of the Product(s) within said time period, you authorize Joybees, and any of its affiliates or agents, to retain the Product(s) and the price paid, and to dispose of such Product(s) as it sees fit.
